3. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the existing team to ensure seamless integration of new initiatives and strategies.
4. Performance Metrics:
   • Conduct weekly KPI meetings, analyzing plans, actual results, and forecasts to make data-driven decisions.
5. Ownership Mentality:
   • Take full ownership of digital property, contributing to its strategic direction and growth.
